Our clients are typically General Contractors, Shell Contractors and Developers. Clients rely on our knowledge and expertise to make construction at the jobsite run safely. Our primary concern is everyone’s safety on and around the jobsite.
Based out of Hollywood, Florida, Proactive Management Solutions is a family owned business providing a full scope of safety products and labor for our clients. Our staff has extensive experience in the safety construction industry.
Our projects range from residential to commercial high-rise buildings. We are constantly developing new innovative products to meet the needs of jobsite’s requirements and budgets. Our office and warehouse facility allow equipment fabrication so we can customize systems if needed. All of our products are made in house so the quality meets our standards exceeding clients’ expectations.
Proactive Management Solutions prides itself on safety when installing, relocating, dismantling and maintaining any of our systems which include but not limited to, Construction Safety Management, Carpentry, Debris Containment Systems (Horizontal, Vertical and Custom), Pedestrian Sidewalk Protection, Canopy Protection, Shoring Scaffold Towers or Site-Specific Consulting. We follow all safety standards under OSHA’s 29 CFR 1926 construction industry regulations.
- Our Operations Supervisor has over 15 years construction experience with client relations, scheduling and site management. He walks each job site weekly to monitor production and to check for other way’s PMS may assist the client.
- Our Quality Control and Safety Supervisor is OSHA 500 certified and conducts scope specific safety inspections on all systems we provide/maintain and oversees the safety of all employees to prevent/minimize injury or accident to our employees or other employees in the area.
- Our Lead Foremen are all OSHA 30 trained and each have years of experience in construction.
- Our Installers are all OSHA 10 trained.
- All employees wearing a harness have also been separately trained in Fall Protection under OSHA Subpart M.
- All employees operating any machine will be trained in its operations, use and safety.
- We provide all safety certifications for employees working on site inside our Site-Specific Safety Binders which also includes but not limited to, our Emergency Contact Information, SDS Sheets, Company Safety Manual etc.
